Conditions of participation and data protection for raffles

Current competition from May 7th to May 14th, 2023:

The competition is an action by SYE Cosmetics UG, Kleiner Ort 9, 28357 Bremen, Hejdu GmbH, Jägerstraße 4, 10117 Berlin, Soulbuddy OHG, Hermann-Ritter-Str. 108, 28197 Bremen, Räuber und Komplizen GmbH , Steinergasse 6, 94315 Straubing, ten little fingers, Julia Burmeister, Riesstraße 61, 27721 Ritterhude

and is not related to META (Instagram, Facebook)

All natural persons who are resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland and are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Employees of SYE Cosmetics UG, Hejdu GmbH, Soulbuddy OHG, Räuber und Komplizen GmbH & ten little fingers are excluded from participation.

Participation period: 07.05.-14.05.2023, 11:59 p.m

Participation in the competition is only possible online via our Instagram profiles: @sye.cosmetics, @hejdu_com, @soulbuddylook, @raeuber_und_komplizen, @_ten_little_fingers

In order to take part in the competition, the participant must follow our Instagram profile @sye.cosmetics and the Instagram profiles of our partners: @hejdu_com, @raeuber_und_komplizen, @soulbuddlook @_ten_little_fingers, and like and comment on the competition entry.

The participating person has the chance to win the following: SYE Bundle: reusable eye pads + hyaluron eye serum , Hejdu facial care set "Face Ritual", ten little fingers nail polish set for children - nail color mix, robbers and accomplices pine wood pillow - Milli Wonka, Soulbuddy Caps 2er -Set - Grey-Blue

After the end of the campaign, one winner will be drawn from all participants by drawing lots for each of the 5 competition posts from the os partners. Each natural person may only participate once in this competition and can only win once.

In order to send the prize afterwards, the following data from the participant is required for further processing: first name, last name, address, e-mail address. The responsibility for the correctness of the data lies with the participating persons.

The winner will be notified via Instagram and must have responded within a week of notification. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited and a substitute winner will be drawn. The prize is not transferable and a cash payment is not possible.

Participating persons who violate the conditions of participation can be excluded from the competition by SYE Cosmetics UG, Hejdu GmbH, Soulbuddy OHG, Räuber und Komplizen GmbH, ten little fingers as the organizer of the campaign.

The legal process is excluded.
